F.A.Q's

We offer same day delivery for all hire machines that are hired prior to 3pm Mon-Friday & with an hour from our primary location at Austral.

In the event that the hirer is unable to take delivery of the equipment, we may charge a redelivery fee which is equivalent to the delivery fee.

Our machines are available to be hired for weekend work. All weekend hires are 3 day hirers and must be picked up or delivered on friday, returned to our head office in Austral by Monday.

We make sure that we are providing the machines that are cleaned, free of fault & in good working order. When hiring the machine please make sure you have checked the equipment and made not of anything you deem of fault prior to leaving our yard or taking delivery.

We understand that things at time may happen onsite and equipment will need to be repaired. Within 50kms of our storage yard, if unit is faulty when delivered we will endeavor to repair or replace the unit. If the unit is located more than 50kms from our yard, the hirer will carry the cost of getting the unit back to our yards to be repaired. All repairs or issues will be in reference to as the machine was delivered.
